As a working mother with a spouse going through a health crisis, Melanie’s cookbooks have saved me countless times. As an existing coaching client of Melanies having taken up various levels of her coaching service to suit my needs, I was really excited to hear she was bringing out a second recipe book.  She’s a busy working mum as I am, so I expected it to be very relatable and manageable recipes, but with the added bonus of fitting healthy / balanced nutrition needs.  I was not disappointed!!  This book includes not only amazing recipes, but really insightful hints and tips on how to enjoy food in a way that fits in with your goals / requirements.  I LOVE how she’s managed to make some really appetizing yet macro friendly desserts / sweet recipes, some of those will be a real staple for when the sweet tooth hits!  I haven’t tried all the recipes (because there are plenty!), but a big thumbs up to all those I have!  My current faves include the protein frosty, various flavors of the topped rice cakes and ALL of the macro friendly dips.  I’d recommend this book to anyone looking to make meeting their fitness goals more manageable especially if you enjoy or even just need to meal prep, hit the purchase button now!! -Rox C.
